If you are exercising for the first time or returning to exercise after a break or an injury, studio cycling is ideal because you work at your own level, using real time, biometric feedback and it is low impact so it will not hurt your joints.
If you are more experienced, we have additional higher level performance classes for you to really challenge yourself. We also have classes specifically tailored for cyclists to complement their existing training.
Studio cycling is a great social activity too. Working out as a group is a fantastic feeling and research shows that extra support boosts motivation.
